Our story
Surety Title was founded by Marianne Sharp on a simple premise: service comes first — a principle she felt had been lost in the title-and-closing business.
Twenty-five years later, Mindy Sharp continues that tradition as president. The firm has grown, but the standards haven't moved: thorough work, real people on the phone, and the kind of attention to detail that protects every party at the closing table.
We serve Tampa Bay and all of Florida — from first-time homebuyers and refinances to complex commercial and developer closings.
